• The Individuals or Firms should apply with the concerned Executive Engineers with an plain application along with land documents showing the ownership of the land /house etc.
• Then the IWTC forms will be issued, it has to be filled in by the applicant and submit it to the EE concerned.
• The application will be sent to Assistant Engineers/Junior Engineer for getting the feasibility report.
• After obtaining the report an order will be issued by the EE.
• Then the applicant has to deposit the connection charges 300( Rupees Three hundred at present ).
• After getting the receipt from the Office of the EE, the applicant has to approach the JE for getting the water tap connection.

The applicant has to complete all the internal water supply lines with fittings and fixtures and a 15mm dia GI Pipe line has to be laid up to the point where main water supply distribution lines of APWD is available.
