The Individuals or Firms should apply with the concerned Executive Engineers with an plain application along with land documents showing the ownership of the land/house etc. Then road cutting forms will be issued, it has to be filled in by the applicant and submit it to EE concerned. The application will be sent to Assistant Engineers/Junior Engineer for getting the feasibility report along with estimate. After obtaining the report an order will be issued by the EE. Then the applicant has to deposit the restoration of road charges except BSNL. After getting the receipt from the Office of the EE, the applicant has to take up the matter with the concerned department in consultation with Assistant Engineers/Junior Engineer of APWD
