Eligibility Code for the Sports Persons Representing A & N Islands in the National Level Competitions
He / She is born in these islands and should have valid documents in support of his / her claim.
OR
Is studying/ working or residing in A & N Island for atleast for a period of two years immediately preceding the National Championship or National Game and have valid proof in support of his /her claim.
In case of Central / State Govt./Services/ Autonomous Body employees posted in A&N Islands, their spouse and children admitted in any School in A&N Islands with documentary proof in respect of their posting and admission in School shall be eligible to represent A&N Island from the date of their joining the post/admission in the School as the case may be.
He / She, fulfills the eligibility code / conditions for competition circulated by the Indian Olympic Association or the respective National Sports Federation for participating in the National Games / National Championship.
All the Sports Association representing A&N Islands at various National level Championship must obtained the approval of A&N State Sports Council.
In case of violation of above eligibility code by the Sports Associations, their affiliation from the A&N SSC and Registration may also be withdrawn.
