- Fitness Form.

Valid Pollution under control certificate test document.

Fee 1. Two wheeler Rs.400/-2.Three Wheeler-Rs.600/-3. LMV/Mini Bus Rs. 600/-, 4. HGV/Bus -Rs.800/-.

A fine of RS 50/- per day will be imposed if the applicant apply for renewal after the present fitness validity expires.
